  • Meet Janae Paquin-Bowden from Fleurs De Lyonville

Janae Paquin-Bowden lives in a beautiful part of the country called Lyonville, located only 15 minutes west of Daylesford, Victoria, amongst the rolling hills and Australian bush. Janae grew up in Bendigo surrounded by horticulture; her Mum and Dad own a landscaping business and they are both native plant gurus, and they are developing a native plant nursery. To say horticulture was in Janae’s veins would be an understatement. When she graduated high school, Janae decided to study the Arts, majoring in ceramics, followed by a diploma of education. Little did she know she would one day own her own micro flower farm.

Hello Gorgeous Green Hip Tribe, I’m Kristy!

I live in the lovely seaside town of Victor Harbor, SA with my beautiful family.  It’s also where I run my little business CHARLIE & JACK (an Indoor plant & gift store).

I was born in Melbourne and moved to Gellibrand in the Otway Ranges when I was 14, right near my beautiful Cous Liv!

In hindsight, I can see what a positive life change that was for me, being surrounded by wildlife, nature and family....

  • Meet Amy Jo from Truelight Farm

I am the mother of 3 spirited kids ages 6, 7 and a newly turned 9. We moved to the lovely Alpine Shire from Cairns exactly 4 years ago. I was born and raised in beautiful Indian Trail, North Carolina in the USA. I spent years in West Australia then met my partner when we were working in and around amazing Arnhemland.

We had our babies in Cairns then headed south to our lovely farm called Truelight Farm. I was desperate to be somewhere that I could grow daffodils again. Nothing makes me happier than bulbs emerging in the Spring- to me, they are the ultimate signs of hope and happiness.

  • Meet Katherine From Made By Katherine

My name is Katherine and I've loved many creative pursuits from a young age.
I turned my jam making hobby into a full time business that saw me working in events in several different states of Australia. I am also the author of a book about this that is selling on Amazon, it's called 'Full Time Hobby' by Katherine Chernov.
Like the rest of the world, everything came to a halt in 2020. The result of this was I had time to renovate my little shack and shop building in rural NSW. I opened my little shop in December 2020. Apart from my products, I have a whole range of gourmet goodies, homewares and pantry treats and staples.
