Creative force behind Green Hip
Liv Thwaites is a tradie lady and she was tired of wearing men's workwear, so she did something about it. She has solved the problem that women across the nation have been talking about for decades, wearing men's workwear. There have been few options for women when it comes to workwear that is fit for purpose and blends in with the crowd. Women hate to stand out when working in male dominated industires! Empowering women to wear safe, comfortable and stylish workwear is the driving force behind Green Hip. In 2007 Liv started designing her unique fabrics and workwear and to this day her original soft cotton stretch fabric and patterns are used in her designs. Liv is an entrepreneur at heart and is passionate about supporting women who work in the medical, trades and services industries and the countless positive feedback about her comfortable workwear and personal customer service is what makes Green Hip unique. Green Hip has evolved to incorporate many colours and styles to fit all body shapes and sizes and is currently stocked in over 30 stores around Australia. Liv's ambition is to have over 70 stores around Australia fully stocking Green Hip by 2020. Watch this space!
