FREE RETURNS - Please send your name, email, address and reason for returning details to returns@greenhip.com.au or use the form below.

Our return policy will cover garments purchased within 30 days and Green Hip will only provide a free return label once. All respective returns will need to be paid by the customer. As a small family run business Green Hip can not cover additional returns for change of mind items. 

For all eligible returns, our office will generate a return label for you to send your garments back to the Green Hip Office. We can then process your refund or exchange. If you have any queries please email returns@greenhip.com.au. 

Please note, we do not accept exchange or refund for any imperfect pieces.
