KOALA TREE PLANTING 2023

Come spend the day with us planting koala food trees to increase koala habitat on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
This year Mornington Peninsula Koala Conservation (MPKC) have planted 13,000 trees with a target to plant 25,000 trees. MPKC is a volunteer based group and it wouldn't be possible to achieve these goals without their volunteers. We're excited to be partnering with MPKC and would love you to join us for a day of planting trees.

Habitat loss is the main reason for the decline of koalas and all our wildlife in general, so let’s do something about it!

This is a great opportunity to learn about our environment and local wildlife, including koalas, while helping us to increase available habitat.

At Green Hip, we are dedicated to planting a native tree, grass or shrub for every garment we sell and to help our native koalas.

We need at least 30 volunteers to plant 700 native trees and shrubs.
