YOU`RE INVITED: HELP US MAKE A DIFFERENCE

In partnership with LAWROC Land Care Group, Corangamite CMA and Anam Cara House we are organising a Community Planting Festival in the Otway Ranges and are looking for a heap of fun loving tree planting volunteers to help us plant 35,000 native grass, shrubs and trees. This major restoration project will help provide habitat for koalas and improve the river health for fish and platpus populations in Charley Creek which flows through Gellibrand. Supported by land ownder Jock Richmond, the restoration will create a major landscape icon for the Gellibrand Community. Lunch will be supplied by LAWROC along with entertainment and the opportunity to try and buy your favourite workwear.

This is a family friendly event for children aged 5 and up and it`s the perfect oppurtunity to get outdoors and make a difference. It will be a muddy adventure of planting along Charlie Creek so why don`t you make a weekend of it and enjoy everything the Otways have to offer!
