These Shorts have a defect so we're selling them at a 20% discount. The defect might be a fabric flaw, loose threads, slight difference in fabric colour to this seasons workwear or some of these items didn't make it through our stringent quality control process and have measured up as a half size (eg size 9,11,13). So if you happen to be in between sizes then make a comment in the comment box when purchasing your discounted item and we'll try to find the half size for you!
These Give Shorts are super comfy because they have a stretchy waistband across the back of the shorts. They are very similar in style to the Original Shorts, but has the added feature of more give around the waist which is perfect for women who have fluctuating weight (don't we all?). The Give Shorts sit comfortably on your waist and they don't reveal too much at the front or the back. No harry high pants here!
Depending on how tall you are, the Long Length Shorts can finish near you knees (our model is quite tall!). The cuff adds a gorgeous feminine touch and there is enough leg room so you don't feel restricted while you're working hard.
One of the best features of our hip shorts is the high quality fabric and its 2% Spandex stretch. So, not only do the shorts fit most body shapes, but they give while you're working too. The slight amount of spandex also means the shorts will keep their shape so you'll keep looking great!
Light green stitching on the back pockets adds a subtle hint of style and there are multiple pockets for function and extra comfort. These shorts are a must for Summer.
These are the perfect shorts for lady tradies who love gardening, garden design, farm work, plumbing, painting or any DIY work projects.

Step 1: Find your favorite pants, shorts and/or shirt that you find comfy to work in. Please make sure the clothes you choose to measure are actually the size you want your green hip work clothes to be.
Step 2: You'll need a measuring tape (if you don't have a measuring tape you can use string and then measure that length using a ruler).
Step 3: Place clothes on a flat surface.
Step 4: Make sure your clothes item is extended to its full width and height.
Step 5: Follow the how to measure drawings and instructions below. Take note of your measurements.
Step 6: Compare your measurements to the green hip size charts.
Step 7: Order your green hip workwear.
Note: The pants and shorts are generous in their sizing so if you are unsure of the size it is recommended you choose the lower size. The shirts are a slimmer fit so if you like to wear your shirt loose then we recommend you choose a larger size. Green Hip is also aware that some measurement results will vary and we know that you are the best judge of your own body. Please keep that in mind when choosing your size.
Waist: The waist of pants and shorts is measured along the centre of the waist band from the outside seam to outside seam. Double this measurement.
Crotch: Measure from the top of the pants at the front underneath the crotch to the top of the pants at the back.
Thigh: Place the pants on a flat surface and spread the leg of the pants as wide as you can. You will see where the inside leg seam and crotch seam meet, measure from approx 2.5cm below this stitching inte
